At 4.00 pm on Thursday 16th July 2009 Tim Bushe of Walker Bushe Architects will be standing on top of the Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Square as part of Antony Gormley’ s living monument, One & Other.
He is one of 2,400 randomly selected people (one of only 68 from London) involved in an event that takes place over 100 days this summer, one person an hour, 24 hours a day. This space is normally reserved for Kings and Generals but Gormley wants the plinth to be a stage for all of humanity in an image of themselves.
Tim is going to use his hour to promote a very worthy cause, the HFT charity. He will draw a continuous 360 degree sketch of his view of the square in 40 minutes and will auction the drawing on eBay after the event to raise additional money for HFT.
Tim has set up a justgiving page, which makes it very easy for you to donate online directly to the charity: http://www.justgiving.com/timbushe
Location:
The Fourth Plinth, Trafalgar Square, London

The event is also being streamed live on Sky Arts 24 hours a day.
