The Shadow House
On a tiny site just around the corner from Studio 9, David Liddicoat and Sophie Goldhill are building a house for themselves on the site of a derelict garage in the shadow of a terrace of Victorian villas.
Through negotiations with the planners, and acquisition of small strips of additional land, the original designs for a tiny studio house have evolved into the modest two bedroom house, with a spare tectonic palate, that is now under construction.
