Savvy – Task Management System
This is a web based Task management system specifically designed to allow coordinated task management across professional users in an office environment. The software components can be installed onto many existing Windows or OSX server platforms. No specific client application software is required. With appropriate setup the database may be accessed via any web browser PC/Mac either inside or outside the office. The Task management system is designed to sit alongside the Savvy - Contact Database.

Task List View
- Ability to view tasks filtered by users, teams and projects, clients, completed, scheduled.
- Ability to sort view by any criteria.
- Ability to customise display of criteria in List View.
- Progress bar display against each task.
- Coloured Flagging of unassigned, assigned and scheduled status.
- Colour coding of uncompleted tasks beyond deadline.
Search Function
- Full searchability across all task criteria.
Task list printing
- Ability to print out task list to paper, pdf.
Task list export
- Ability to download task list to Excel file format.
