This is a web based contact database system specifically designed to address the requirements of architects and other creative professionals managing multiple contacts at companies which are related to different projects within the office. The software components can be installed onto many existing Windows or OSX server platforms. No specific client application software is required.

With appropriate setup the database may be accessed via any web browser PC/Mac either inside or outside the office. The Contact Database is designed to sit alongside the Savvy - Task Management System.

• Unlimited phone numbers, with default phone and fax number.
• Unlimited email, web addresses, Skype addresses (email addresses link to email client, Skype addresses link directly to skype).
• Unlimited Addresses, with type and name for each - with option for default address - link to Google maps for each address.
• Notes field or list - editable notes field for extra info - or list of notes.
• Custom Fields - add custom fields (unsearchable) - for account numbers etc.
• Categories - Customisable list of Categories - e.g. Suppliers.
• Groups - Customisable list of Groups - e.g. Christmas card.
• Projects - Companies or Contacts can be assigned to a project with a "Role".

• Optional company filing code feature.
• When editing, viewing a company all contacts are listed with default number and email addresses, along with links for extra info.

• When editing, creating a contact you are able to use the details of the company - for phone numbers and web addresses you are able to select from a list of company details, or create a custom entry for the contact. When editing a contact all the information for the company is also displayed.

• Each project has its own view listing all contacts and companies associated with it.
• Each user can maintain their own favourite list of projects for quick access.

• Quick search feature lets you quickly search across all fields for either contacts, companies, or projects - it can even search all three at the same time.

• Provides very advanced searching features - with fields for virtually everything, including projects, groups and categories. The Advanced search allows searching within search results and expanding current search results, results are remembered for each user - so if you log in from another computer you immediately see your previous results.

• Maintains a per user record of the 20 last companies and contacts - for quickly accessing recent information.

• Configurable Export Feature for Contacts and/or Companies.
• Saves to Excel and Comma/Tab Separated Text Files for use with excel other databases , excel or word mail merge.

• This feature allows the incorporation of any number of standard word document templates within the contact database. With any individual contact selected a template can be chosen and download to the local users machine pre-populated with the details of the contact. Details such as name, address, sender details, and even project information can be automatically inserted in predefined locations within the document. Administrators can easily create and manage Templates using the control panel.

• The mail merge function in Microsoft Word can be used in combination with the Contact Database export function to produce Mailshots to multiple receipients.

• This feature is currently in the final stages of development, it will allow users to generate labels for single contacts or companies, or from the search results. For single contacts or companies you will be able to choose whether a whole sheet is generated, or just an individual label (you can also choose which label, allowing for using A4 sheets to print multiple individual labels on separate occasions).
