If you have your own onsite IT staff, your company can also benefit from the client area by using it to log and monitor all of your internal IT requests. In addition support requests can be seamlessly escalated to ourselves or delegated to your internal resource as appropriate.
This additional service is available for a monthly fee of £45 +VAT for each member of your IT staff.
