Cycle to Cannes 2008 started in Greenwich on Thursday 6th March with a rolling road closure from London all the way to Cannes. The peloton arrived Tuesday 11th March, and rode along the Croisette before turning into the forecourt of the Palais de Festival with all the riders receiving medals from Peter Rhodes of MIPIM.
115 riders raised over £335,000 for four important charities: LandAid, The Tom ap Rhys Pryce Memorial Trust, Sarah Matheson Trust and Architects for Aid (A4A).
Lomas Davies sponsored the C2C 2008 photography competition and the above images on our website are taken from a selection of the entries with the winning entry taken by Richard Hutchinson. Lomas Davies would like to thank C2C and all the rider photographers who took part in the competition.
