Terms & Conditions

1) The equipment remains the sole property of lomas davies limited.

2) Equipment hire payments are due seven days from the invoice date, unless otherwise arranged with lomas davies limited.

3) No unauthorised maintenance or adjustment of the equipment is permitted.

4) In the event of damage arising from misuse or mishandling, the Client will be liable for restoration costs up to the full replacement value.

5) In the event of early return of the equipment the client will be charged for the agreed full rental period unless otherwise negotiated with and accepted by lomas davies limited prior to return.

6) Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to scheduled rental agreement will be charged at full hire fees, unless the booking is rescheduled for use within seven days.

7) Collection and delivery are solely made to the clients business address. Collection and delivery from any other location than the clients address will be charged at current delivery rates.

8) Lomas davies limited will have access to the rented equipment at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspection, service or collection.

a) It is acknowledged that rental is to be paid according to the agreed period.

b) It is further acknowledged that all expenses incurred in recovering equipment and making good damaged equipment will be met by the Client.

9) Renting at the expiry and during the term of renting period may be terminated by lomas davies limited without prior notice to the client if proof of insolvency or misuse is established.
